ART - WOW! exhibition was opened on November, 26. In order to see the exhibition the guests could either get inside through a small hole in the fence, or go through the gate in the same fence for the entry fee of 10 rubles. As we have learnt from reliable sources, everyone opted for a hole: dressed in dresses, suites, coats, sheepskin coats, on high heels and not.
After that the guest found themselves in the magic space of bears from Masha and The Bears fairytale. The visitors could not only evaluate the size of the main characters' table and chairs, but also experience love as a "complex feeling", a naked woman with a gun - "horrors of winter sleep" and a bonne bouche - "left hipblone". Maybe, that was Mashenka's hipbone?..
Olga Sviblova, Joseph Bakstein, Vassily Tsereteli, Tatiana Metaxa, Olga Lopukhova, Vladimir Smirnov, Pierre and Annushka Brochet, Alexander Zhurbin, Yury Albert and many others were among those who reached inside the gallery through a hole in the fence.
Works by Anna Parkina, Veronika Ponomareva, Victor Skersis, Nikita Alexeev, Peter Zimmermann and Alicia Framis are displayed on the GMG Gallery stand.

THE 53rd INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBITION (MAKING WORLD) Director Daniel Birnbaum presented the main outline of the next Exhibition, that will be titled Making Worlds // Fare Mondi // Bantin Duniyan // 制造世界 // Weltenmachen // Construire des Mondes // Fazer Mundos. The 53rd Exhibition will not be divided into sections but instead weave a few themes into an articulated whole, featuring three aspects in particular: the proximity to the processes of production; the relationship between some key artists and successive generations; and an exploration of drawing and painting.
Every year reception and special event for collectors was organized within the frameworks of Art Moscow fair. Exhibition season 2008-2009 was left without Art Moscow and Moscow Fine Art Fair, which everyone also managed to get used to. In order to continue good tradition and support the initiative of collecting contemporary art we decided to set up an event for Moscow collectors and curators.
Artists on the booth: Anatoly Shuravlev, Bjørn Melhus, Vadim Zakharov
